The Barton I-700 Transfer / Chair allows a single caregiver
to safely and easily transfer a limited- or non-ambulatory bariatric
patients.
The Convertible I-Series I-700 bariatric chair and accompanying positioning and transfer system (PTS), available separately are designed to allow a single caregiver the ability to transfer and frequently reposition the dependent bariatric patient safely and easily.
The convertible tasks bariatric wheelchair perform functions of a stretcher, mobile chair, and custom seating. Being able to frequently move and care for the bariatric patient significantly reduces the chance of pressure ulcers and greatly increases the patient’s tolerance for long-term seating.
